The only limitation is that if you do not upgrade your account, you cannot add more than 5 web pages containing your product/service knowledge in a given workspace. Yes, you can use our shareable links to your workspace. Using this link, you can allow your visitors to chat about your workspace data/product. So, you don't have to install the widget on your website; you can just share the link in an email, on your website, or anywhere else to let people converse with the AI about your product or service. To do that, click on "Chat" in your workspace and then click on "Share". The link to your shareable AI will be copied to your clipboard.

Yes, you can add all pages from your website. To do this, you need to click on "Add Website" and then check "Turn on fetching all links found on this website". This way, ReplyInbox will fetch all pages found on your website. This process can take some time (even 1-2 hours).
